Architectural Planning
The planning phase is a critical element of our project approach.
It lays the foundation for the project. Issues are discussed,
priorities established and the concept confirmed. Our approach
utilizes workshops to explore ideas, exchange information and
confirm our understanding of the project.
The needs, priorities, concerns and goals of our clients are
reflected in each design.

Visualizations
Presentation of Ideas
The synthesis of thoughts and ideas
into a drawing is often helpful for an owner to visualize
the preliminary design that is emerging from the creative
process. The client can experience their project within the
virtual world of a computer, allowing for decisions to be
made with a clear understanding of the project.
The level of detail varies with each project. Quick
sketches are an efficient means for the Architect to share
his or her thoughts for a project. Finished renderings
assist with building a consensus among groups or in
fundraising activities for the proposed project.
