Bids will be received for the proposed improvements which generally consist of the following work:. Remove existing VOC air stripper, blower and piping; salvage the media for use in new air stripper; furnish and install a new carbon dioxide air stripper and blower; install the salvaged media into the new carbon dioxide air stripper; disposal of existing equipment and media not used; and restoration of work site.
