Real Estate Specialist
Becher Hoppe is an engineering and architectural services firm located in Wausau, Wisconsin. We are in search of a self-motivated professional to join our Transportation Group as a Real Estate Specialist. The position will focus on performing real estate appraisals for right-of-way acquisition to serve government agencies. A Bachelor’s Degree and Certified General Appraiser license are required. Candidates must have a minimum of five years relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of laws and policies that pertain to land acquisition, experience with complex acquisitions, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
