Transportation Improvement Conference
Michael Kowal, Transportation Services Manager and Todd McDonald,
Project Engineer of Becher-Hoppe Associates recently
attended the American Council of Engineering
Companies/Wisconsin Department of Transportation –
Transportation Improvement Conference, held in Elkhart Lake.
The conference provided updates on current and future
safety, operations, project development, and technology
standards engineers use to design and construct Wisconsin’s
highways.
