Utility Conference on Public Funding and Operations
Mark Pertile, Resident Project
Representative, attended the 2009 Utility Management
Conference at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center in
Wisconsin Dells.
The topics of discussion were public funding options, GIS
for water/wastewater operations, community impact fees,
stormwater management and utilities, and development of
energy efficiency for water supply pumping.
This conference was sponsored by the Wisconsin Rural Water
