Hoppe and Van Natta attend Aviation Conference
Becher-Hoppe Associates, Inc.’s
Engineers Marijean Hoppe and Randy Van Natta attended the
55th Annual Wisconsin Aviation Conference held May 3-5, 2010
in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The annual conference sponsored by the Wisconsin Airport
Management Association included presentations from Wisconsin
Bureau of Aeronautics and Federal Aviation Administration
officials. Topics of interests included airport programs and
funding, the Next Generation Air Transportation System,
Airport Geographic Information Systems, and runway incursion
prevention.
A presentation on an airport’s value to the community and
sustainability for aviation projects were also among the
many topics of the conference.
Each year, the conference attracts hundreds of aviation
professionals including airport managers, staff, and
commissioners, consulting engineers, suppliers, contractors,
FBOs, pilots, and government officials. . |
