Urban
Becher Hoppe will guide you through the urban design process
to ensure your community’s project is aesthetically
pleasing, functional, economical, and minimally disruptive
to residents and businesses during construction. In
partnership with the City of Stevens Point and the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation, Becher Hoppe used this
Community Sensitive Design approach to improve Business U.S.
Highway 51. Enhancements included the addition of planting
areas and brick pavers, new parking areas for customers, and
a realigned urban connecting highway which significantly
improved traffic flow through the south-side business
district. |
