The Becher Hoppe Real Estate group assists

Cost analysis is an essential tool for
planning public projects, such as highways, airports, public
works projects, and redevelopment projects. Becher Hoppe’s
cost analysis services help identify a preferred alternative
in terms of cost and the potential for displacement of
residents and businesses. These services include the
following: mapping of proposed alternatives; identification
of affected parcels; identification of potential
displacement; estimating real estate costs; estimating
administrative costs; and estimating relocation costs.
Becher Hoppe Real Estate Specialists recently conducted a
cost analysis project for the 28th Avenue Corridor in the
City of Wausau, Wisconsin.
