The reconstruction of Townline Road in the City of Wausau included water and sewer main and lateral replacement, and the realignment of the Townline Road / Curling Way intersection. This project required acquisitions (temporary limited easement, fee, and permanent limited acquisitions) from approximately 60 parcels. One building was also acquired.  Most of the acquisitions were accomplished using the Nominal Parcel Payment Report (NPPR) method; however, appraisals were required on ten parcels.  Becher Hoppe negotiated half of the parcels and provided project management services, including coordination and oversight of a negotiation sub-consultant, an appraiser sub-consultant, and an appraisal review sub-consultant.
