There is no fee to register as a QuestCDN member, and you pay only for documents you download — at costs far below paper or CD documents. All you will need is free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view the PDF-format literature.
If and when project specifications change, you will be notified immediately and can access updated documents at no charge. QuestCDN also lists plan holders and bid results.
