    Grow into these Essential Duties:

  • Develop detailed 3D exhibits, plans, and design models for various projects.
  • Create precise design models for earthwork, cross sections, and construction staking used by Automated Machine Guidance (AMG) equipment.
  • Explore and report on new technology tools, recommend their usage, and guide their integration into our design processes.

    Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with equivalent experience in civil engineering, CAD, GIS, or related fields. Students nearing graduation are encouraged to apply.     
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 3D Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and design in three dimensions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with all levels of the design team and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • CAD Standards Compliance: Follow and help develop company CAD standards.
